The guest house on the property is known as "The Studio". It is a two bedroom cottage of some 1800 square feet. Former owner Charles Shoen had this building constructed as his office back in 1910 where he claimed to have spent more than $1.5 million on the development of the nation’s first pressed steel railroad wheel.
